I had Dierks rebuild my transmission and they did a great job. About 9k miles later the trans developed a quirky issue where 3rd gear went out on me twice. Each time Dierks did their due diligence to make sure my truck got the repairs it needed. I'll keep going back to them, because they are honest and good people.

Bought my dream rig last month, a manual 01 Dodge, out in Wenatchee. Took it to Dierks asap once I got back to Spokane, all on the strength of multiple recommendations from friends over the years. From the moment I first called the shop, Marcus and crew have been incredible. They did a bumper-to-bumper inspection and took care of all the critical issues the previous owner had slacked on; it’s running like a dream and shifting smoother now. Marcus likes to talk my ear off about the truck — yes, that IS what you want in a mechanic. And he even talked me out of some suspension work that would be nice to have but not urgent; that’s when you know you’re dealing with good, professional people. I’m out on a summer road trip with a 4.5k lbs overlanding trailer, facing a minor inconvenience (high but not extreme intake and coolant temps on high mountain passes) and I’m bummed that I won’t be able to take the rig back to Dierks anytime soon — but Marcus graciously talked me through some diagnostics and options on the phone. Enough said. Dierks for life.
